Custom Design and Repair for Tool Holders
From custom one-off pieces for the hobbyist to full production contracts we can do it all. From your blueprint or sketch we can manufacture a new tool holder or repair an old worn one, no job is too big or small! See Completed Work for some examples of our work.
Special Tool Inserts
Not only does Micro make the holders for the tools, we make the tools! We can create a custom insert for specialty jobs or standard inserts. Carbide, ceramic, and poly crystalline diamond PCD are just a handful of the materials we can use to create your tool! Insert Regrinding
Save hundred of dollars by having us regrind your old inserts! In most cases carbide and ceramic inserts (round, square, or diamond shaped) can be reground to be used over again. Worn parts are a fimilair sight at Micro. Inserts can be ground to within a tolerance of .0001-.0002 and lengths of 24 inches. Give us a call to see what can be done with your material.
Manual and CNC Milling
Micro is always willing to try something new, whether it be a personal project or production part we have both manual mills and CNC mills to create a part from your print or design. Our on site engineers will work with you to ensure your parts are to your exact specifications. We also have several lathes on site if you are looking for some lathe work to be done!
